(This was my husband's, and men get the extra fruit)
Really good with spinach instead of Kale
Lunch Day 1
Microgreen salad with great basic vinaigrette dressing. (Yummy)
Dinner Day 1
(the fish I couldn't eat and the asparagus was steamed too much, but tasted good. )
